Don't panic--I took a day off blogging yesterday!
Wednesday I had a visit from JP and his wife and Chris came back down with "High Plains Drifter" which we watched for 40 mins until I dozed off.
Thursday was mostly spent sleeping as my morphine drip was increased to reduce the hourly "booster" shots to relieve the breakthrough pain.

Hello Rick, Mary and Peter, I was a little concerned, so I am so glad to see you were busy getting your rest Rick! I am looking through my stuff to find a tape recording you made for me when I was sick. You came to our house and made a tape to put me to sleep so I could rest. Boy when I put it on I would listen to your voice as I drifted off into the most peaceful dreams. As you know after living in the same house for 26 years we have moved several times the past three years, so I am scrambling to find it! Hope your day is restful. Love, April (and JP of course).
